1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Ludo Singh mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Sharandeep Singh, the individual developer and sole owner of Ludo Singh, operating under the publisher name Singh Software Studios. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including guests and registered account holders.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the online features of Ludo Singh. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Users under 13 may use the App in guest mode (offline only), where no personal data is collected or transmitted. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and agree to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
Creating an account is optional. You may use Ludo Singh as a guest without registering. However, online features such as the leaderboard are only available to registered users. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information including your name and email address.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at contact.ludosingh@gmail.com.
3.3 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, your profile, leaderboard entries, and all publicly visible data will be permanently removed and you will no longer be able to access your account.
A limited set of internal data (which may include your email address) may be retained temporarily for audit and fraud prevention purposes. This retained data is not used to contact you and will be deleted in due course. If you require immediate deletion of this retained data, please contact us at contact.ludosingh@gmail.com.
4. Acceptable Use
By using Ludo Singh, you agree to use the App fairly and respectfully. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Using offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate display names or profile content
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game scores or leaderboard rankings in any way
- Creating fake accounts or using bots or automated tools to interact with the App
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the App
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or other users' accounts
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
4.2 Consequences of Violations
If you violate any of the above rules, we reserve the right to take the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Issue a formal warning to your account
- Reset your game scores or leaderboard ranking
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently ban your account without further notice in cases of repeated or severe violations
5. Leaderboard and Public Content
The Ludo Singh leaderboard is publicly visible to all users, including users who are not logged in. By participating in the leaderboard, you acknowledge and consent to your display name, profile picture, and game statistics being visible to the public.
We reserve the right to remove or reset any leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe are the result of cheating, exploitation, or any form of manipulation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Ludo Singh, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, animations, sounds, logos, and the name "Ludo Singh", is the exclusive property of Sharandeep Singh (Singh Software Studios) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Ludo Singh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharandeep Singh (Singh Software Studios) shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of game progress, scores, or account data
- Any interruption or unavailability of the App or its online features
- Any bugs, errors, or technical issues within the App
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
8. Modifications and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:
- Adding or removing features
- Changing gameplay mechanics or leaderboard rules
- Temporarily or permanently shutting down online services
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or its services.
9. Advertising and In-App Purchases
Ludo Singh does not currently display advertisements or offer in-app purchases. We plan to introduce these features in future updates. When introduced, any in-app purchases will be clearly labelled and optional.
All purchases will be subject to the payment terms of the platform through which they are made (e.g., Google Play Store). All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Ludo Singh uses third-party services for authentication, data storage, analytics, and other functions. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
