4. Public Information - Leaderboard

Please be aware that the leaderboard in Ludo Singh is publicly visible. This means the following information is accessible to all users, including users who are not logged in:

• Your profile picture / avatar (if you have set one)
• Your game statistics (online wins, vs computer wins)

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account information and game data are securely stored on cloud servers. Profile pictures and avatars are stored on secure third-party cloud storage services.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights and Controls

You have the following controls over your data:

• Edit your profile - You can update your name, avatar, bio, and other profile details at any time from within the app.
• Delete your account - You can permanently delete your account from within the app. Upon deletion, your profile, leaderboard entries, and all publicly visible data will be permanently removed. A limited set of internal data (which may include your email address) is retained temporarily for audit and fraud prevention purposes. This retained data is not used to contact you, is not shared with third parties, and will be deleted in due course. 7. Third-Party Services

Ludo Singh uses the following categories of third-party services to operate:

• Authentication services - to securely verify your identity when you sign in
