When you use the app, we automatically collect:

• Game statistics (number of wins in online mode and vs computer mode)
• App usage data and behaviour patterns (e.g., screens visited, features used) to help us improve the app

2.3 Guest Users

If you choose to play as a guest without creating an account, no personal information is collected or transmitted to our servers. Your game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device only.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your name and game statistics on the public leaderboard
• Allow you to personalize your profile with an avatar, bio, and other optional details
• Understand how users interact with the app so we can improve features and fix issues

4. Public Information - Leaderboard

Please be aware that the leaderboard in Ludo Singh is publicly visible. This means the following information is accessible to all users, including users who are not logged in:

• Your display name (first name and last name)
• Your profile picture / avatar (if you have set one)
• Your game statistics (online wins, vs computer wins)

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account information and game data are securely stored on cloud servers. Profile pictures and avatars are stored on secure third-party cloud storage services.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights and Controls

You have the following controls over your data:

• Edit your profile - You can update your name, avatar, bio, and other profile details at any time from within the app.
• Delete your account - You can permanently delete your account from within the app. Upon deletion, your profile, leaderboard entries, and all publicly visible data will be permanently removed. A limited set of internal data (which may include your email address) is retained temporarily for audit and fraud prevention purposes. This retained data is not used to contact you, is not shared with third parties, and will be deleted in due course. 7. Third-Party Services

Ludo Singh uses the following categories of third-party services to operate:

• Authentication services - to securely verify your identity when you sign in
• Cloud database services - to store your profile and game data securely
• Cloud storage services - to store profile pictures and avatars
• Analytics services - to help us understand how the app is used and improve the experience
• Advertising services - to display ads in the app (see Section 8)

These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

8. Advertising

Ludo Singh displays third-party advertisements to support the free version of the app. Ads are served through Google AdMob (Google LLC) and may appear as banner ads on certain screens, medium-sized ads during matchmaking, and full-screen interstitial ads after a match ends or when you leave the game board.

Ad partners may collect and use information to deliver and measure ads, such as:

• Device identifiers (for example, advertising ID on Android)
• Device type, operating system version, and general location (country/region level)
• Ad interaction data (for example, impressions and clicks)
• IP address and app activity related to ad delivery

You can limit ad personalisation on your device through your Android settings (for example, Settings > Google > Ads to reset or opt out of personalised ads). Limiting personalisation does not remove ads entirely; you may still see non-personalised advertisements.

We do not receive your payment details through advertisements. We do not sell your account profile data (such as your name or email) to advertisers for their own marketing purposes.

9. Future Features

We may introduce additional features in the future, which may include:

• Microphone access - for in-game voice communication
• In-app purchases

If any new features require collecting additional personal data or permissions, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.
